These growlights are one of our most proud innovations, as providing plants the perfect spectrum while growing them indoors in a controlled environment was one of the major hurdles we came across when developing indoor grow systems for India. All indoor growing systems need artificial light to grow, as there is no sunlight available when growing in a controlled environment. The plants only absorb a particular set of spectrum of light with wavelengths of 400nm and 700nm; these two spectrums respectively promote vegetative growth and fruiting/flowering. So we procured growlights of various sorts from Europe and North America and started to reverse engineer them. A year later, we had developed a way to get these growlights manufactured in India at more than one-twenty-fifth the cost of imported ones. 10W 220V.
